Comfortable and clean room, perfect location near the ferry and train station. Provided wake-up call and taxi assistance. No staff on duty after 2000hrs, but self-check-in was easy.

The location of the hotel. The hotel was comfortable and a nice size. We had no problems with the hotel or the location while we were there, and the staff were helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cuxhaven and I was pleasantly surprised. the location was perfect, right in the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern furniture, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Had a lovely Easter stay. the hotel had secure on-site parking, which gave me peace of mind. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was amazing as it was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops and also had easy access to the beach which was perfect for me.

The breakfast, it seemed a bit overpriced for what was on offer, but there were plenty of cafes in the area to grab a quick bite if needed. there was some construction work going on nearby, which caused some noise early in the morning, but it was not too much of a disturbance for me.

As older guests, we really appreciated the convenient location near the departure quay for trips to Helgoland and to see the seals. The hotel offered modern amenities like a capsule coffee maker and a tablet with local information. The breakfast was superb with a choice of hot and cold options, including freshly pressed orange juice and honey served with pancakes.

We felt relaxed during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Loved the coastal decor of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast spread was amazing with a lot of variety and fresh options. Also, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and shops.

The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking and the shower could have been more updated. Additionally, it would have been better if the hotel had a staff member available 24 hours in case of emergencies.
